The 2015 Harley-Davidson Tri Glide® Ultra is a three-wheeled touring motorcycle designed for long-distance comfort and stability. It was part of Harley-Davidson's "Project Rushmore" redesign, which introduced significant improvements over previous models.
Key features
Engine: The 2015 Tri Glide Ultra is powered by a Twin-Cooled High Output Twin Cam 103™ engine, which is a 103 cubic-inch (1690cc) V-twin. The "twin-cooled" system circulates coolant around the exhaust ports for better heat management and higher performance. It produces 106 foot-pounds of torque at 3,750 RPM.
Transmission: It features a 6-speed Cruise Drive® transmission with a belt final drive and standard electric reverse.
Infotainment: The trike includes the Boom!™ Box 6.5GT infotainment system, which features a 6.5-inch full-color touchscreen display. The system offers voice recognition, Bluetooth capability, and a USB port for phone and music connectivity.
Braking: The 2015 model has a Reflex™ Linked Braking System with ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) for enhanced stopping power and stability. It uses linked front and rear brakes, with a foot-actuated parking brake.
Storage: The Tri Glide Ultra is built for touring and offers substantial storage space in its trunk and Tour-Pak.
Comfort: Long-haul comfort features include spacious seating for both the rider and passenger, a redesigned batwing fairing to reduce head buffeting, and heated grips.
